RiversEdge offers employee enrollment booklets through our communication and education alliances. Financial professionals can choose from four booklet options, and the plan-specific booklets are customized and produced via the web. Our tools that are available provide the ability to:

Participant Statements

RiversEdge also offers quarterly participant statements that provide extensive account information, and opportunities to motivate and educate participants. Our statements challenge participants to better plan for their retirements through unique personal messaging, and provide concise account and performance information in a participant-friendly format. Personal messaging moves participants along a pathway to a comfortable retirement with targeted messages based on account information. Plan / provider messaging capabilities serve as a supplement or alternative to participant messaging. We strive to provide statements that utilize powerful next-generation communication features and capabilities that enthuse participants and plan sponsors alike.

Private Label Capabilities

Financial partners and plan sponsors have the option of using a “private label” approach to display their logo and other custom images within the RiversEdge site and on related materials. RiversEdge offers the following:

Custodian Options

RiversEdge has established relationships with multiple custodians in order to provide you with flexibility. Each delivers paying agent services, trust statements, deposit processing, distribution, loan, and 1099 processing, and can provide directed trustee services if required. In addition, RiversEdge has worked with each custodian to provide additional tools and resources that may expand your capabilities as well.
